All orders placed before 2 PM Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day, all orders placed after will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Return Window: You have 48 hours from the time of delivery to initiate a return.

Unboxing Video: To process your return, you must provide an unboxing video showing the item in its original condition. This video must clearly demonstrate the packaging and the product.

Provide the unboxing video and any other required information.
Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.
Condition of Item: Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition to be eligible for a refund.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
