Some Basic and Important Rules we need to clear to all related to Orders :-

When your receive Products

Unboxing rules for damage and missing products - Read Carefully :-

â­•Unboxing video should start with showing Slip sticks on package and all 4 sides view, then top & bottom view, then full unboxing.
It must be single video NO PAUSE NO CUT

â­•Video should be taken from a distance to fully cover opening of package and must be informed within 24 hours of receiving parcel, after 24 hours we won't be responsible.

â­•close up of unboxing video not accepted. Box and product should be Properly Visible in video.

â­•After unboxing, product to be opened and damage to be clearly shown in the same uncut video.

â­•Video to be submitted within 12 hours.
In case of any issue video must be submitted within 12 to 24 hours.
After that we will not be able to provide any solutions.

â­•We do replacement only on basis of damage not on dislike basis.. We deliver what we shown in images, so after receiving the products there is no sense to give excuses to return on dislike basis.


â­•We always to try to deliver best either product or service, but we will not entertain any wrong claims or wrong behavior.

â­•In case PARITAL COD 50 percent at the time of booking 50 percent at the time we share tracking code.

 

PAYMENT METHOD

in case of partial COD balance will be collected immediately after dispatching the order.

Order delivery take 10 to 12 days minimum.
For bigger statues it can 15 to 20 days also as all the pieces are crafted on request.
Due to heavy rush or weather condition covid 19 situation order can get delayed.
 

Returns
We do not offer / accept any refunds on ANY of our products.
We can however exchange a product for another product after deducting 15% reverse shipping fee. Incase the new product is below the Free Shipping amount, then a shipping fee will be re applied on dispatch of the new product.

Incase a product is received damaged the same will need to be informed to us via chat / email within 24 hours of receiving the product and we will happy to replace the same after inspection and due diligence.
